"Very nice well maintained house with modern furnishings. The view over the St.Ives Bay at sunset is simply wonderful. The combined living room/kitchen as well as the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us with 3 people. The bathroom is small but functional, modern and clean. Each of the 3 bedrooms also has its own TV. David has prepared a very good information folder about the surroundings in the house. Here you will find many useful tips on shops, restaurants, excursions, medical care, etc. and even small city maps. We didn't miss anything in the house. It's really well equipped. At low tide you can take fantastic beach walks and the village of Hayle can be reached in about 20 minutes via the Coastal Path on foot or via the access roads in 5 minutes by car. There are two large supermarkets and some restaurants. In the holiday home settlement there is also a small shop for smaller purchases and fresh bread rolls. We would go back to Morryp Beach House at any time."
